​Welcome to the home of the Whitman Bicentennial Celebration. This wonderful weekend is set to take place on Long Island, NY (where Walt Whitman was born) on May 31st-June 2nd, 2019! To celebrate Whitman's 200th birthday and showcase the "Poets to Come," who can be called his metaphorical descendants!
